OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) – a physician led 500+ provider multispecialty group practice – is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to work full-time at its Kuna Clinic. The Kuna Clinic is located in a growing Boise suburb. Our team is dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life. This position does not include OB care or inpatient work.

Schedule: 4-4.5 days, 34 patient contact hours per week. (Flexible scheduling and reduced FTE available)

Call: 1:30, phone only with excellent triage service. 

We utilize EPIC EHR, and you can count on resources to ensure your days run smoothly and your patients receive the best care: 1:1 Medical Assistants, team nurses, population health support, referral resources and more.

Other services at this practice location include Urgent Care, and on-site digital x-ray and laboratory services.

Requirements for this opportunity include:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
  • Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
  • Board certified or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment.
  • Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases.
  • Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.

Kuna, Idaho is a town with a population of more than 16,000 residents. Situated in Ada County, Kuna lies southwest of Boise and is located in the Boise metro area. Kuna is the Gateway City to the Birds of Prey National Habitat Area and is at the forefront of the Western Heritage Byways Project. Located 15 miles southwest of downtown Boise, Kuna has experienced growth over the last several years, extending its boundaries to within just 4 miles of the city limits of Boise.
