Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgery - Great Work/Life Balance in Kokomo, IN

Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon who is motivated to make a difference in their community.  Community Physician Network Orthopedic Specialty Care is the leading Center for Joint Health serving Howard and surrounding counties.

Desired requirements

  • BE/BC in orthopedic surgery
  • Fellowship training on Adult Reconstruction/Hip and Joint Surgery
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
  • Consistent and consecutive employment and training history
  • Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
