We are adding an Endocrinologist to our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid care model where the physician will see patients in-person at Johnson Memorial Health and will also see patients from Goshen Health and Margaret Mary Health in a virtual capacity.

  • Virtual visits conducted to Goshen Health and Margaret Mary Health
• Hybrid Care Model
• Solo Practice
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Open to MD/DO
• No After-Hours Call
• Hospitals will have an Onsite Diabetes Educator
• Community Growth and Need

• Will Utilize EMR System and Telehealth Platforms for each Individual Hospital
