In Oregon/Washington, we have partnered with Legacy Health, one of the most respected healthcare networks in the Pacific Northwest, to create a substantial network of urgent care centers across Portland and Vancouver.

Job Summary:

We are actively looking for dynamic and forward-thinking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide transitional Primary Care services within our Urgent Care setting. This position may also see some urgent care overflow.   

• This service line will see patients, with more chronic care needs, as they transition from Urgent Care to a new or established primary care provider.
• This role could also see some Urgent Care overflow.   
• No patient panels

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to practice primary care and receive professional support from one of the nation's fastest-growing urgent care networks.  Work alongside with a Clinical Leadership team that is supportive, honest and transparent.

Additional details include:

• Collaborative work environment with the opportunity to work with a dedicated Scribe at our busier centers.
• Work in state-of-the-art centers are equipped with advanced technology, including an integrated Epic EMR (integrated w/ Dragon Dictate).
• Collaborate with on-site Rad Techs, Medical Assistants, and Paramedics for support.
• Enjoy a work schedule that does not include weekend hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BC in Family Medicine, Med-Peds or Internal Medicine
• Experience treating chronic and acute conditions in adult patient populations (18 and older).
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), initial reads of EKGs and X-rays, along with comfort in managing chronic conditions such as COPD/Asthma, Diabetes, gout, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, hypothyroidism, etc.
