Job Description

Internal Medicine | Path to $400K, No Weekends | Central Kentucky

Practice Highlights

   Desirable Practice Setting: 100% outpatient Internal Medicine (primary care) in a well-established, growing clinic network

   Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays

   Optimal Patient Volume: Build a full Internal Medicine panel, roughly 15-18 patients per day

   Ideal Work Environment: Private office, three exam rooms per provider, dedicated nurse and support staff, and an on-site lab

   Professional Growth Opportunities: Optional moonlighting available to supplement income and keep skills sharp


Compensation & Benefits

   Competitive Compensation: $318,500 guaranteed base salary plus wRVU productivity upside with low threshold

   Generous Quality Bonus: $25,000 annual quality bonus

   Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 commencement bonus

   Additional Bonus Incentives: Resident stipend available for candidates completing training

   Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $100,000 over five years ($20,000 annually)

   Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000, direct-billed

   Professional Development: CME allowance of $4,500 per year plus 5 CME days

•   PTO + Sick Time: 45 days of combined PTO and sick days.

Qualifications

   Degree: MD or DO

   Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

   Licensure: Active Kentucky license or eligible to obtain one

   Experience: New graduates and experienced Internal Medicine physicians welcome to apply

   Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa candidates are welcome to apply
