$330k+ Family Practice CMO Role – Virginia

4-Day Workweek | Out-Patient | 12–18 Patients/Day

Position Highlights

·       Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek

·       12–18 patients/day for a manageable pace and quality care

·       Low call volume: fewer than 10 calls/month

·       Excellent support staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 NPs, and Front Office team

Compensation & Benefits

·       $300,000+ guaranteed base salary

·       $50,000 sign-on bonus

·       Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance

·       $100,000 NHSC loan repayment eligible

·       CME: 5 days annually + $1,200 allowance

Qualifications

·       MD/DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

·       Virginia medical license or eligibility

·       Comfortable treating all ages and performing routine primary care procedures

·       J-1 Visa sponsorship available
