Critical Care Cardiologist

Kettering Health is expanding their Advanced Heart Failure program and is looking for a critical care cardiologist to anchor the developing program.  This position will be an integral part of program and staff development and will include oversite of the cardiovascular ICU.

 Description:

  • Medical Director of Cardiovascular ICU & CICU oversite
  • Location: Kettering Health Main Campus (flagship hospital)
  • Inpatient only
  • Program development
  • 25% Administrative time & education
    • Developing processes, protocols, providing guidance to physicians and nursing staff
    • ECMO/Cardiogenic Shock Program development – Managing ECMO/Cardiogenic Shock patients
  • 75% management of ICU Critical Care patients

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Critical Care Fellowship or Critical Care Cardiology Fellowship required
    • Cardiology Fellowship preferred
  • Full-time
  • Experience: 2 years or greater
  • Visa requirements – H1B accepted.  We cannot accommodate J1 Visas.
