Community Physician Network is seeking a BE/BC Rheumatologist to join our current team of collegial, reputable physicians at our practices located in Kokomo, Indiana and the north side of Indianapolis. This opportunity offers: 

• Physician leadership at all levels of the organization

• 100% Rheumatology

• Two days per week at each location (Kokomo and North Indianapolis)

Requirements

• BE/BC in Rheumatology and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
