Job Description
Norton Community Medical Associates - Endocrinology, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible endocrinologist to join our team of physicians and staff providing a broad range of endocrinology services. The practices are comprised of diabetes, general endocrine services, including thyroid and hormone replacement therapy, at four Louisville Metropolitan area locations. The candidate will join a team of 13 physicians and advanced practice providers with access to five certified diabetes educators and an endocrinology nurse navigator.
Norton Community Medical Associates – Endocrinology conducts more than 35,000 patient visits per year and is seeing consistent increase due to demand, practice growth, and development of a diabetes program. The practice is part of a large referring network of more than 1,600 employed medical providers, including more than 320 adult primary care practitioners.
