• Schedule: 1.0 FTE.  Practice consists of 100% outpatient with 36 patient contact hours. Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday with the opportunity to do clinic 4 or 5 days per week
• Practice Detail:  All Saints Mental Health and Addiction Care is a large provider of mental health and addiction services in Southeastern WI that offers a full spectrum of Child and Adolescent programs. Also included is an outpatient medication clinic, several group therapies for onsite patients along with individual and family counseling in 11 locations.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.

Education:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
