AP-Psychotherapist-Treffert Studio-Fond du lac, WI

Treffert Studios is actively recruiting a full time (1.0FTE) Psychotherapist to join our experienced and cohesive behavioral health team. We are seeking an experienced clinician versatile in neurodiversity and interested in strength based approach, development of evidence based models utilizing multimedia and telehealth. Community engagement through social media and educational/consulting opportunities also exist.

The facility is an innovative 8,500-square-foot facility, housing a large variety of creative tools and innovative technology (video/film equipment, music instruments, art supplies, etc.). Its mission is to help neurodivergent individuals find their passion and express their talents, giving them a voice and platform to share their strengths with the world. The Treffert Studio offers an opportunity to demonstrate the efficacy of combining a strength-based approach with unique services of mental health, education, workforce development and a creative studio. In addition to direct care, opportunities to contribute to ongoing Innovations in mental health service delivery and resource development exist both in person and virtually with this position.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in mental health field
• 3 years post graduate experience (3,000 hours)
• WI License
• LMFT, LPC, LCSW
• Experience using CBT therapy
• Addiction/substance abuse therapy experience is a plus
