Pediatrician Physician - Silvis, IL - Established Practice + $150k Bonus

MercyOne Genesis has an excellent full-time opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a well-established practice located in Silvis, IL.

• Outpatient / Inpatient  
• Shared call – 1:4, low volume; includes newborn nursery rounds and attending high-risk/c-section deliveries.  
• NNP inpatient support for level 2 nursery
• Join a team of a team of 2 Physicians & Hospitalist
  on-call 24/7
• Well-established practice & experienced support staff.

• Full lab and radiology services on campus
• 2 clinic rooms

Compensation & Benefits 

• 2-year income guarantee of $266,600 per year
• $150,000 Bonus Package
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• 160 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO)
• 40 hours of CME PTO annually
• $6,000 annual CME allowance

Qualifications
• MD or DO
• BE/BC in Pediatrics
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt & J-1 Waiver accepted)
