Full-time Internal Medicine Physician opportunity to join a Patient Centered Medical Home in Harrison, Michigan!

Located within MyMichigan Health Park Harrison patients and providers have access to onsite rehabilitation services, nutrition and diabetes counseling, and walk-in laboratory services.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of internal medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases.
• Call 1:12 with nurse triage line support

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
• Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency
