ThedaCare is seeking a BE/BC Senior Care Physician to work independently or with a team supporting our geriatric patients. You will be responsible for working with PALTC patients in community living facilities to create a relationship while administering high quality patient care. Position Details:

Offer Details
- Income Details: This is an employed position with a guaranteed salary for 2 years. After the 2 year guarantee, physician goes onto the compensation plan which is based on RVU's, as well as other quality components.
- Signing Bonus: Generous signing bonus offered
- Vacation: Time Off 35 days, including vacation, CME, and holidays
- CME: $4,500/year
