Thomas Jefferson University Health System (TJUH) and the Sidney Kimmel Medical College in Philadelphia is seeking a Plastic Surgeon at the associate professor or professor rank to join our Plastic Surgery Division, in the Department of Surgery. The successful candidate will join an established plastic surgery team of three physicians and a nurse practitioner that works collaboratively with peers and other multidisciplinary providers, advanced practitioners and specialty staff (licensed and non-licensed). The candidate must have excellent communication skills with a focus on patient access and patient satisfaction. Microsurgery experience or fellowship training is ideal but not essential. Jefferson Plastic Surgery is located at the corner of 9th and Walnut Streets in Center City, Philadelphia on the 15th floor of the Wills Eye Hospital Building. Our 10,000 square foot office has eight exam suites as well as a full service aesthetician suite. All major surgeries are performed at TJUH, smaller procedures with local anesthesia such as scar revision and excisions of skin lesion can be performed in the office.
