Radiation Oncologist | Lubbock, TX

 

Integrated Oncology Network is looking for a Radiation Oncologist to join our team in Lubbock, TX as part of our ongoing mission to deliver premium patient care. We provide high quality, compassionate care to our patients in the Lubbock community and beyond. With our state-of-the-art technology and highly experienced team, patients can benefit from our outstanding treatment without traveling far. Right in Lubbock, home to Texas Tech University and Red Raiders football (Patrick Mahomes’ alma mater), we offer a complete and integrated approach to radiation treatment.

Essential Duties:

  • Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.
  • Comfortably manage a caseload of 15-22 patients per day and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Work a schedule of Mon-Thurs from 8-5 and Friday from 8-2.
  • Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.
  • Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested.
  • Collaborate with clinic team members to prioritize patient care.
  • Utilize performance and financial metrics to support clinic success.

Education:           

  • Board Certified - or eligible

Integrated Oncology Network operates a small private Radiation Oncology practice located in Lubbock, TX. Our physician, Dr. Carlos Torres, is looking to retire and we are seeking his replacement. Using a team approach, we strive for excellence as e work with each patient to specifically tailor their treatment to their own clinical situation. We treat mostly prostate patients but are looking to expand referral sources to change patient mix.
