QUALIFICATIONS:
· Education: M.D., D.O.
· Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)
· Completion of a fellowship in Sports Medicine, preferred.
· Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
· Active, unrestricted FL license (or the ability to obtain FL license) is required
