Employed by PAGNY for NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem, located on 135th Street in Manhattan, is a designated Level 1 Trauma Center and is recognized for providing centers of excellence in the areas of Bariatric Surgery, Breast Imaging and Sexual Assault Forensics. Our teams provide services for nearly 213,000 outpatient visits, more than 83,000 emergency room visits and over 13,000 inpatient admissions annually. The hospital maintains an academic affiliation with Columbia University Medical Center.

The Adult Clinic at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem is designed to promote wellness and prevent disease and disability. Our physicians are nationally recognized experts in their fields. Our Clinic Medical and Surgical Services for adults are available. 

• The service at Harlem Hospital are an academic practice sponsored by the Columbia University Medical Centeroutpatient care, clinical supervision of fellows, residents and medical students
• Practice has 15 - 20 patients daily - time with patient/quality patient care is promoted 
• Weekly team meeting to encourage collaboration and new ideas 
• The practice is a research site for diabetes & fully staffed with support staff such as social workers, clinical pharmacists & dietician 

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Possess or eligible for a New York State Medical LicenseCultural sensitivity to a diverse and under-served patient population
