Exceptional Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary: $490,000 - $545,000 annually.
• Significant Earning Potential Beyond Base Pay: Up to $30,000/year in quality bonuses, plus a $20,000 starting bonus and $20,000 retention bonuses in years 1–3.
