Practice Information
- One BC/BE family medicine physician is needed to join a group of 6 other providers
- Serving northern Utah and a small portion of Southern ID for primary care
- InstaCare and Physical Therapy on site
- Staff is experienced and stable
- Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
Requirements
- ABFM or elligible for new graduates
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
- Current BLS
