Practice Highlights:
- Established diabetes practice with room for growth in endocrinology services
- Experienced and supportive APP and office staff
- Full-time Outpatient Practice with admin time, option for 4-day work week
- On-site ACGME accredited Indiana University School of Medicine Residency program
- Epic and Abridge AI available to support efficient documentation
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary $250-300K with wRVU bonus structure
- Comprehensive benefit program, $30K sign-on bonus, stipend and loan repayment options
- Paid relocation package, generous PTO and CME allowance
- 401a and 403b retirement options, malpractice coverage
- Additional grant money and incentives may be available due to the approval of a rural health initiative for the state of Indiana!
