General Surgery opportunity in Victorville, CA!

Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for a General Surgeon to join our multi-specialty medical group.

Position Details:

• Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.

• Bread and Butter General Surgery.
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM to 5PM + 1-2 weekends per month)
• Around 2-3 days of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults and procedures.
• 12-14 days of surgical call per month.
• There are 6 ORs at the hospital but we usually use 4 with 1 Endoscopy suite and 18 ER beds.
• DaVinci Robot available.
• Nurse Practitioner/Surgical Assistant support available.
• Not a trauma hospital.
• No need for admitting patients as this is handled by the hospitalist and medicine.
• Can start immediately (Preferred)
• Base Salary Range: $350K to 400K annually.
• Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
• Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance can be also given.
• The position is in Victorville, CA around 45 minutes to Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga.
• Open to J1, H1, Part-time, and Per-Diem.
