Chief of Medical Staff, Outpatient Services

Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners working in outpatient and residential self-pay services 
• Leading the development, growth, and clinical management of services in these settings
• Overseeing the quality of medical services
• Managing the budget and financial performance for these services
• Ensuring proper staffing, including assisting with recruitment activities
• Marketing the service line externally, and as a resource for other Sheppard Pratt programs
• Providing part time outpatient clinical care
