Plastic and Reconstruction Breast Surgery - Louisville, Kentucky - Recruiting incentives up to $200,000

Baptist Health Medical Group is looking to employ a BC/BE Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon. 

About our Opportunity:

• Collaboration with 4 Breast Surgeons
• Based on Baptist Health Louisville Hospital Campus
• 100% percent practice call and will share ER call with local independent providers
• Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30 (4 hours of administrative time)
• Main OR and outpatient surgery center block time available

Volumes from 2023:

• Over 500 breast cancer patients 
• Over 150 mastectomies 
• Over 100 combined breast/plastic surgery cases in 2023

This physician would have support from our large 15 physician medical oncology team, 4 of which have a focus in breast disease. We also host a weekly multi-disciplinary breast tumor board and invite plastics involvement. We employ a robust radiology team who performs US, MRI, mammo, DEXA, and multiple-modality biopsies.
