UCHealth Medical Group and the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery group are ready to welcome a BE/BC Plastic Surgeon interested and trained in Microsurgery to their team in Northern Colorado. The ideal candidate enjoys the full scope of reconstructive plastic surgery and takes pride in providing patients with the highest level of service and medical care. • Join a strong team of four surgeons and three advanced practice providers

• This surgeon will be encouraged to build trauma microsurgery program to fit institutional needs and personal practice goals and will have institutional support to do so
• Will be primarily responsible for all trauma microsurgical reconstruction and will be encouraged to have a busy elective microsurgery practice
• Breast reconstruction, including elective microsurgical breast reconstruction, will be an expected part of this surgeon’s practice
• Continued need for general reconstructive surgery

• Low volume 1:5 plastic surgery call managed from home with contribution to additional facial trauma call
• Integrated, multi-specialty health system with a strong referral base will allow you to quickly build and establish your practice
• EPIC EMR utilized system-wide

This position offers a competitive compensation package:

• The pay range for this full-time position is $496,000-$552,000 /annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered
