Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is seeking a full-time Day Shift Hospitalist physician to join our team at Southwestern Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. Located just 75 minutes from Oklahoma City and two and a half hours from Dallas, Texas.
Position Profile
- Average Daily Census: 20-25 patients
- Physician Average: 15-17 patients
- Advance Practice Provider Coverage: 1 APP on day shift assists with rounding and admissions
- Physician Shift: 7a-7p
- Physician Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
- Hospital Beds: 59
- ICU: 8 bed open ICU
- EMR: Meditech
- IES also manages the emergency department and anesthesia department program
- Procedure support from emergency and anesthesia departments
- Dedicated nocturnist team is already in place
Qualifications
- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician (ABFM, AOBFM, ABIM or AOBIM)
- Oklahoma medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA
Compensation
- W2: $390,060 annual salary & annual Quality Service Performance (QSP) metrics bonus of $39,060 payable in March based on individual achievement of metrics. Annual total salary of $429,066
