You’ll have the freedom to shape your practice:

• Choose outpatient-only or traditional practice if desired.
• Focus on patients aged 18+—we have a strong pediatric team in place.
• Flexible hours that can be tailored to your personal and family life.
• See approximately 18–20 patients per full day.
• Call is minimal and triaged, allowing you to prioritize balance.

• 1-year shareholder track with ASC ownership (no buy-in or risk)

• Wellness & growth: $2,500 CME allowance, plus paid license and certification renewals
• Compensation Range: Total potential compensation up to $700,000. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $280,000 - $375,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 - $700,000.
