Are you an Ophthalmologist seeking a practice that offers both professional autonomy and exceptional earning potential? Join our thriving team where you'll collaborate with a dedicated group of specialists in a supportive environment.

Your Role and Our Team

You'll be a vital part of our integrated team, working alongside 5 Ophthalmologists, 8 Optometrists, and skilled Opticians. We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a flexible schedule, with an option for a 4-day work week.

Your case mix will be diverse and comprehensive, focusing on bread and butter ophthalmology, including:

• Cataracts
• Cornea
• Diabetic retinopathy
• Eyelid procedures
• Glaucoma
• Macular degeneration

You'll have access to state-of-the-art equipment, including YAG laser, OCT, Visual Field, Fundus Photography, Auto Refraction, IOL Master, Fluorescein, and Pentacam. Our call schedule is manageable at 1:5 weekends and is primarily phone-based.

We Offer

We provide a strong compensation package that truly rewards your expertise. There's no cap on earning potential, with many of our physicians exceeding the 90th percentile for compensation.

We believe in shared success and offer a 1-year shareholder track with ASC ownership, with no buy-in or downside risk. Your financial future is secure with a 401k with match (100% vested day one) plus profit sharing.

• $40K sign-on bonus
• $20K relocation assistance
• Loan forgiveness
• NHSC loan repayment
• Residency stipend

We value your well-being, offering up to 6 weeks of paid time off and 6 paid holidays. We also provide a $2,500 CME allowance plus paid license and certification renewals to support your ongoing professional development.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $425,000 - $500,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $500,000 - $1,000,000+.
