Family Medicine Physician Needed in North Little Rock, Arkansas

Baptist Health, in a partnership with the city of North Little Rock, is seeking a family medicine physician to join a new clinic in the neighborhood of Rose City. The clinic will be approximately 5,000 square feet with state-of-the-art equipment. The address of the new clinic will be 4120 Baucum Drive. This will be the first full-service medical clinic in the east part of North Little Rock since another medical practice closed in 2013. It will play a major role in bringing healthcare back to an underserved area of the city of North Little Rock and Pulaski County. The Clinic is expected to open in July of 2024 and have a Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. operation time frame.

Baptist Health Medical Center-North Little Rock, a 250-bed hospital, is located just over 4 miles away and plays host to over 100 Medical Residents including: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, and a Transitional Program. These GME residents will play a role in provision of healthcare at the Rose City Clinic.

North Little Rock, with a population of 65,000, is the twin city of Little Rock, located on the banks of the Arkansas River. It is home to: Simmons Arena, an 18,000 seat entertainment venue; Dickey-Stephens Ballpark, home of the Arkansas Travelers, AA baseball team affiliated with the Seattle Mariners; and the Argenta Historic District which has turned into a thriving entertainment district offering theaters, fine dining, bars, gastropubs, and boutiques.
