Advanced Surgical Technology

• Currently Advanced Surgical Technology offers vascular surgery, general surgery, plastic surgery, primary care, behavioral healthcare, cosmetics and aesthetic services. The practice has 3 surgery locations: Mt. Vernon, Centralia, and Herrin, as well as 7 other offices across the Southern Illinois Area.
• Currently, the team includes 1 general/vascular surgeon, 1 plastic surgeon, 1 breast surgeon, 2 surgery nurse practitioners, and 12 primary care mid-levels; 2 of which focus on behavioral health.

Qualifications:

• Board certified / board eligible
• MD or DO
• Experienced providers or new graduates (community-based residency preferred – not academic program)
• Can support H1B visas and J1 Waiver applicants

Communities:

Endocrinology is a needed specialty in Southern Illinois. The physician will have the option of practicing in multiple offices within our practice. All physician offices are new and state of the art. 

Job Description and Schedule:

• Support team: You have input on your team including mid-level providers, nursing staff, and receptionists
• Schedule is usually 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday, but this is negotiable
• EMR system: AdvancedMD
