Family Medicine Doctor in the Army (Active Duty Position, $275,000 Bonus, Loan Repayment)

As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll provide the highest quality of health care to Soldiers and their Families. You’ll diagnose and treat patients with health issues in areas such as general and preventive medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, and more. You’ll also assist surgical procedures, provide pre- and post-operative care, conduct research, and educate and train medical students or personnel in your field of expertise.

• Active Duty Army (Full-Time)
• Loan Repayment: $120,000 in student loan repayment in $40,000 annual payments to qualifying federal student loans paid directly to the lending institution through the Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (HPLRP).
• Sign-on Bonus: $275,000 given annually over a four year period.
• Incentive Pay: $43,000 paid annually for each successful year of service. Must have completed residency program in your specialty. $6,000 additional annual bonus as long as board certification maintained.
• Location: Any of our military bases located around the country, Europe, and Asia
• Rank Recognition: Starting rank and salary determined by educational and professional history.

• Malpractice Insurance: No out of pocket cost for Malpractice Insurance.

• Doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy degree from an accredited U.S. school of medicine or osteopathy; foreign graduates may apply if they have a permanent certificate from the Educational Council of Foreign Medical Graduates.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico.
• S. citizenship or Permanent Residence (Reserve only).
