We’re actively seeking an ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Glaucoma to join our practice.  Our 10-physician group is comprised of 5 MDs and 5 ODs providing integrated premium cataract and refractive services, retina, glaucoma, oculoplastics, and optical care with an onsite ambulatory surgery center which is one of the finest in the nation. 

Candidates pursuing a practice opportunity that allows for a great mix of glaucoma and premium ATIOL cataract and refractive surgery would find this role to be ideal.  There is very minimal competition for glaucoma surgeons in the western suburbs and contiguous western counties. 

Our 4 Operating Room ASC has abundant convenient block time.  Our expansive eyecare center also has a LenSx® femtosecond laser, is currently performing MIGS, and the has the latest topography-guided Wavelight® technology for LASIK and PRK. 

THE LOCATION

We have clinic locations from downtown Chicago to Sycamore, IL.  Enjoy residing in the affluent and attractive western suburbs of Chicago right along the Fox River!  You can live 30 minutes to Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (one of the Top 10 Busiest Airports in the World), and also be 30 minutes from your clinic and ASC in Sycamore, IL, or 60 minutes to downtown Chicago.  The western suburbs along the Fox River are beautiful and affluent with great amenities and high-quality schools. 

THE COMPENSATION

You’ll be offered a financial package consisting of a very competitive guaranteed base salary, attractive signing bonus, and lucrative quarterly bonuses based on collections.  Paid relocation, CME, and additional employee benefits (medical, vision, dental, disability, matching 401k, etc.) and an equity style profit sharing plan.  Proven income potential exceeding $700,000 per year.
