MD/DO- Onsite Medical Director, Appleton, WI

ThedaCare, Wisconsin's largest non-profit healthcare organization is growing and looking to add an Onsite Medical Director to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Highlights:

• Full-time 1.0FTE
• Monday-Friday (hours between 7a-5p)
• Brand new medical director opportunity! 50% Medical Director Duties (admin time is hybrid) and 50% Clinical. 
• Strategic growth of service line. The provider will be responsible for identifying new services and outlining how to achieve this. 
• No call
• Oversight of all onsite APC's
• ThedaCare currently has a contract with 37 onsite clinics
• EPIC EMR

Will accept board certification in internal medicine or family medicine. 

• Income Details: Competitive base salary plus value-bonus incentive

• Ergonomics and rehabilitation including physical therapy, pre-work screens, work conditioning, ergonomic assessments, functional job description and analysis, stretching programs, and more
• Physical exams including pre-placement, DOT, respirator, surveillance, free from communicable disease, fire fighter, school bus driver
• Audiograms (hearing) and spirometry (lung function) testing
• Medical Director/Advisor services
