Family Medicine Opportunity

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (0.8 FTE) Family Medicine Physician to join our Lacks Primary Care Team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

• Lacks Primary Care offices are operated by Trinity Health for patients and their families enrolled in the Lacks Medical Plan
• Lacks Primary Care offers 2 convenient locations for their patients:
• Lacks Primary Care Clinic South
• Lacks Primary Care Clinic North

• Physician will spend 90% of their time at Lacks Primary Care Clinic North by Cascade
• Clinics offer full service primary care, well visits and chronic disease with low-cost acute care visits
• On-site pharmacy for patients and lab draws
• Clinical team includes 2 physicians and 5 support staff (mix of MA’s & EMT’s)
• Schedule is Monday – Friday, no weekends or holidays
• Call is rotated with other primary care offices, 5-6 times/year

Qualifications:

• Experience required
• Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible
• State of Michigan license required at time of employment
• DEA license
• ACLS & BLS certified
