Seeking Hematopathologist East of Pittsburgh | 500-bed Regional Referral Center

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, a Duke Lifepoint Healthcare hospital, is seeking a BC/BE Hematopathologist for a position located in Johnstown, PA.  This position is to join a collegial group of pathologists serving a Level 1 trauma teaching facility as well as three smaller hospitals nearby.  The ideal candidate would be a team-player who is experienced supervising an infusion center with plasma exchange.

Experienced, practicing pathologists as well as current fellows are encouraged to apply. 

Position Details: 

• Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in AP/CP with fellowship training in Hematopathology.
• Candidates must also be eligible for unrestricted licensure in the State of Pennsylvania.
• The busy team of pathologists supports three hospitals and an outpatient center.
• Current volumes: 16k surgical pathology specimens, 10k cytology specimens including GYN cytology, 350 bone marrow cases and 550 flow cytometry annually.
