Responsibilities

Ascension Wisconsin has an exciting opportunity in Downtown Milwaukee for a Neurosurgeon to join our busy Neurosciences Program at our Downtown Tertiary care Hospital.

OPPORTUNITY

Join a well-established practice in a high-growth area of Milwaukee with the opportunity to become busy immediately, consisting of:

• Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Statewide Neurosciences Line 
• Full range of service available for patients 
• Excellent Primary Care Referral Base 
• Interest and desire to do general Neurosurgery: spine and cranial work
• Interventional Pain Program

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Preferred Credential(s):
• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA). Verified by local Credentialing Office.

• BE/BC Neurosurgery

Education:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
