Highlights:

• Physician must be board-eligible or board-certified and ATLS certified.
• New graduates or experienced physicians will be considered.
• Must be fellowship trained in Surgery/Critical Care.
• Trauma experience/interest in trauma is required.
• Trauma call is a frequency of six days and nights per month.

Henry Ford Hospital is licensed for 420-beds, with about 290 beds inpatient and the remaining beds in our Hospice Home, Addiction Center, and Behavioral Health. Henry Ford complements traditional acute care services with primary and community-based to support patients across the health continuum at every stage of life. . Henry Ford Jackson Hospital was initially verified as a Level II trauma center by the by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma (ACS-COT) in 2017 and successfully reverified in 2020 and 2024.  As a Level II trauma center, we provide initial definitive trauma care, regardless of the severity of injury.
