OMO, a subsidiary of Hoag Hospital is partnering with an established and growing multi-specialty managed care organization in Temecula, CA in their search for an Ob/GYN Physician.

Highlights:

• Competitive compensation package inclusive of a base guaranteed salary from $310k - $350k/year
• Productivity bonus potential based on wRVU production
• Comprehensive benefit package inclusive of medical, dental, vision, retirement, life, PTO and sick time
• 32 clinical hours/week. 4 hours/week of administrative duties.  Open to 4 day work week
• Hospital Call would be 1:4 covering one hospital on the same campus as the clinic. Hospital provides a Level III NICU
• Hospitalist support available
• Average of 50-60 deliveries/month
• 3 experience physicians who can provide guidance and mentorship for physicians of all experience levels
• 2 CNM's and 1 PA
• Dedicated and seasoned support staff. 1:1 Physician to MA ratio
• EHR system used is Epic
• Growing patient population

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Ob/GYN program
• Active CA medical license or ability to obtain CA medical license
• Board certified or Board eligible in Ob/GYN
• Ability to work in the United States
• Ability to commit to fulltime schedule (32 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours)
