OMO, a subsidiary of Hoag Hospital is partnering with an established and growing Pediatric practice in Orange County, CA. We are seeking a Pediatrician to join a reputable private practice and serve a growing community.

Highlights:

• Competitive compensation package inclusive of a base guaranteed salary from $220k-$280k/year
• Productivity bonus potential based on wRVU production
• Comprehensive benefit package inclusive of medical, dental, vision, retirement, life, PTO and sick time
• 36 clinical hours/week. 4 hours/week of administrative duties.  
• Practice schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Currently 17 physicians in the group.  Comprised of Family Medicine Physicians, Pediatricians and Neonatologists
• No inpatient coverage
• Dedicated and seasoned support staff. 1:1 Physician to MA ratio
• Large existing patient panel.  Community continues to grow and there is a need for another physician to provide access

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Pediatric program
• Active CA medical license or ability to obtain CA medical license
• Board certified or Board eligible in Pediatrics
• Ability to work in the United States
• Ability to commit to fulltime schedule (36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours)
