Reed Medical Group is a well-established, membership-based medical practice located in Longboat Key, Florida. Due to patient demand, we are hiring an additional primary care physician to join our provider team. The ideal candidate will be a family medicine/internal medicine physician with a passion for women’s health. The desire/ability to provide first-class personalized health care to patients is imperative.  Highlights include:

• The Reed Medical Group practice-model allows physicians the ability to provide each patient with a level of personalized attention not available in “traditional” medical practices.
• Our physicians provide comprehensive care and develop meaningful, lasting partnerships with patients. 
• We value and emphasize building relationships while providing comprehensive care for multiple conditions, rather than the "assembly line" model of care based on 10-minute visits and referrals.
• We limit the size of our patient panel to maintain the integrity of providing top-quality/individualized care.
• Non-rushed visits: physicians average 10 or less patient visits per day.
• Comprehensive team support including placing orders for bloodwork, sending prescriptions, call screening, etc.
• Base salary of $225,000 with additional bonus potential (realistic ability to make $300,000).  
• Longboat Key is a southwest Florida coastal barrier island situated just south of Anna Maria Island. We are bordered by the Gulf of Mexico on the west and Sarasota Bay on the east.
