Nephrologist - HealthAlliance Hospital

Job Description:

HealthAlliance Hospital, part of WMCHealth has an excellent opportunity for a Nephrologist in our Kingston, NY location. The Division of Nephrologyis seeking a Nephrologist to join a thriving multiple physician Nephrology group in the Hudson Valley in Kingston, NY vicinity. The Nephrology department at Health Alliance consists of 3 practicing Nephrologists and an experienced Nurse Practitioner. The practice is looking for an additional nephrologist due to continued growth and increase in demand.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Applicants must have an MD (or equivalent) degree and must be board certified/board eligible in Nephrology by the date of hire
  • Qualified to obtain a New York State license

Responsibilities:

  • Outpatient general nephrology
  • Outpatient dialysis unit rounds
  • Inpatient consultation at HealthAlliance Hospital
  • Unique opportunities to help develop and expand the home dialysis program
  • Opportunities for medical directorship
  • On-call will be 1:4. The Hospitalist service will take all admissions
  • New Grads or Experienced Candidates welcome
  • H1b Visa Sponsorship will be considered
