You take care of patients.
We’ll take care of everything else.
Including you.

You’ve spent years learning and training to provide outstanding care for your patients. That’s why our model lets you focus on taking care of them. Our physicians have wrap-around practice and administrative support to do many of the things that aren’t clinical, from answering emails to providing follow-up instructions, to helping secure social services for your patients.

We take care of you, too, with exceptional compensation packages, market-leading retirement contributions, gold-star health benefits, generous PTO, sabbatical opportunities, continuing medical education time and allowance, and leadership development through our in-house Northwest Permanente University.

Position Overview:
Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our medical group at the Skyline Medical office in Salem, OR. We use a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation.

You will provide a combination of onsite and virtual care. You will work in a care model that provides 50% virtual visits and must be able to work at the local clinic the other 50% of the schedule. You must have experience with digital technologies (examples include telehealth and/or digital health) and demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability to incorporate these into your practice as we continue to evolve our virtual care model. A comfort level with concurrent documentation is also needed for this role.
