• Collaborative, close-knit team of 13 primary care providers, including APPs
• No call, weekends, or holidays – enjoy a great work-life balance
• Average 16 patients per day, allowing time for quality patient care

• Two-year guaranteed salary floor + production incentive & bonus potential
