Qualified candidates:
Must be a lawful permanent resident or legal member of the US
Board certified or board eligible
Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Virginia
Superb communication skills and a passion for training the next generation of physician leaders
1:4 call schedule
Shared weekend inpatient call coverage with teams – separate resident ED team
Opportunity for leadership positions including core faculty, and Medical Director roles with a preferred 3 years of experience and board certification
Supervision of APP support is required

Established First Responders Program that allows first responders to access behavioral health services directly through LewisGale without having to go through the ER.
Comprehensive care services include a fast-track option that allows patients to move quickly from the ER into our inpatient setting.
Direct Admission option for community providers to refer patients directly to our location without requiring prior medical clearance.
