CentraCare Family Medicine Clinics are a group of primary care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in St. Cloud, MN that provide health care services in a high-quality, cost-effective and caring manner to patients of all ages.

All Clinics feature Integrated Behavioral Health Services. This service gives patients the opportunity to access behavioral health services in a family practice setting. Primary Care Providers and Behavioral Health Providers collaborate to provide comprehensive patient care.

Most clinics offer full imaging and laboratory capabilities and pharmacy.
