Emergency Medicine at Indian Health Service facility in Chinle, AZ

Arc Health is currently seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians to provide emergency medicine care at a comprehensive Indian Health Service facility in Chinle, AZ. Our partner facility serves a rural and underserved community in the Southwest. We are urgently hiring qualified candidates for locum tenens positions.

Position Overview: We are seeking Emergency Medicine physicians who are committed to rural, tribal, and underserved healthcare. Ideal candidates will be compassionate, mission-driven social medicine practitioners interested in joining a dynamic and potentially disruptive social healthcare enterprise. Practice Description:

• Multiple Physicians in the practice, including Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, General Surgeons, OB/GYN's, Anesthesiologists, and a Psychiatrist. 
• Average patients per day: 10-12
• EMR: RPMS
• Schedule: Flexible (Monday–Friday, weekends/12-hour shifts/ Must be available to 5-7 shifts a month)

Requirements:

• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine or Eligible by ABEM
• ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS certification
• Active, unrestricted license and DEA from any state or US territory
• No lapse in practice > 6 months leading up to assignment
