Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join a highly collaborative, physician-led team in Findlay, Northwest Ohio – member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.

Compensation
- $300,000 guaranteed base salary (continues beyond initial 2-year contract)
- Total compensation potential: $300K–$500K+
- Quarterly productivity bonus: $62 per wRVU (uncapped)
- Sign-on bonus: $30,000
- Student loan assistance: $100,000
- PTO: 5 weeks
- CME: $5,000 annually
- Relocation: $10,000
- Retirement: 403(b) with 4% match

Practice Details
- Average patient volume: ~18 patients/day
- Visit structure:
- New patients: ~40 minutes
- Follow-ups: ~20 minutes
- Patient mix:
- Initially new-patient heavy
- Balanced panel by ~3 months
- Ramp-up period: Up to 90 days (most physicians choose too fill schedules within ~1 month)
- wRVU per visit: ~2.15 (aligned with MGMA benchmarks)
- Patient sourcing: Fully supported by established referral network—no need to self-generate volume
