Qualifications:

• Strong interest in practice ownership and long-term clinical leadership
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing outpatient primary care, preferably in an internal medicine or family medicine setting
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active medical license in the state of Arizona
• No significant malpractice history or disciplinary actions; a clean and reliable professional record
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care
