The University of Vermont Medical Center (UVMMC) is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join our esteemed Anesthesiology team in Burlington, VT.

Qualifications


CRNAs: B.S.N. or Bachelor’s in healthcare; CRNA Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited program

CAAs: Bachelor’s in healthcare; CAA Master’s degree from an accredited program

Licensed RN and APRN in Vermont; NBCRNA Certification required

1–2 years of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply

Your Role

Administer anesthesia as per defined scope of practice

Assess patients and assist in anesthesia care planning

Demonstrate excellence, caring, safety, and cooperation in patient care

Maintain awareness of patient rights and confidentiality policies

Involved in diverse surgical procedures including general surgery, gynecology, vascular, orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, neurosurgery, and NORA
