- New State-of-the-art comprehensive Level III NICU
- 62 private NICU rooms each with a couch so parents can stay
- Multi-disciplinary team approach
- Access to 30 pediatric subspecialties
- Clinical, research and educational opportunities to foster growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:
- 24 weeks of service per year
- Rotate between 4 different teams
- Only 6-8 weeks coverage per year on the high acuity team
- Home call - 42 nights/ year
- Attending coverage in the Newborn Intensive Care unit
- Working with our excellent Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows
- Participate in a follow-up clinic for high-risk patients that are discharged from the NICU to provide continuity of care
- Participation in outreach opportunities with Capital Region Medical Center in various locations throughout Missouri.
